Hello Octavia,

While I unfortunately don't know of any picture books that explicitly include polyamorous arrangements, here are a few books I love that highlight different family set ups:

- A Family Like Ours by Frank Murphy

- My House, My Family by C. Hope Flinchbaugh

- Love Without Bounds by Chelsea Johnson

Hope these are still helpful!

We just read High Five by Adam Rubin and my daughter is obsessed! Would love ideas for more interactive books like this.

Hello Sara,

How fun! I highly recommend the *Who's In Your Book* series by Tom Fletcher. There are 11 books in the series, each one interactive and fun!

Another popular fun one is Play This Book by Jessica Young.

Happy Reading!

My sister needs surgery and treatment soon for cancer. She has a 5yo and a 3yo. I would love recommendations for books around parents being poorly and having to spend time in hospital. Thank you!

I have several recs.

These titles feature a mom with cancer:

- Mama's Year with Cancer by Nancy Churnin

- Making Happy by Sheetal Sheth

- Ani's Light by Tanu Shree Singh

These two feature chronically ill mothers:

- Gentle Hugs by Lily Guzman

-Kenzie's Little Tree by Alison McGauley

About Hospitals:

- The Hospital: The Inside Story by Dr. Christle Nwora (features a woman on her way to have an operation)

- Helping Hospital by Lindsay Ward

My 3 year old is always putting rocks, sticks, etc. in his mouth. Need a book to help him stop please!

Hmm, I actually don't know of any books specifically on this topic, but these may help!

- Yummy Yucky by Leslie Patricelli is a fun one that contrasts two opposites- one thing that is edible and yummy, and one thing that is inedible and yucky. (Ex- spaghetti vs. worms.) A 3 year old would probably find this book very funny and entertaining too.

- Do Not Lick this Book by Idan Ben-Barak could also be a useful one about how germs are spread and how you can't see germs on things but that doesn't mean they aren't there

I recommend the Lovevery books!

Ready to Go: Pee

Ready to Go: Poop

They both feature real photos and serve as social stories to help with toilet training. Seeing the actual photos can help with the modeling.
